The Roost @ 53 is a concept cafe located in the Gold Coast suburb of Southport. Whether you're on the go, or would like a quiet afternoon in our shaded dining area, at The Roost, we offer an escape from the everyday (as well as first class grub and great coffee).

For the time being our hours are Monday to Friday - 5 am until 1:30 pm, Saturday’s are BACK…. 6 AM - 10:30 AM…..
